Future-ready minds

Helping children think clearly in a complex world. What the Art of Living Intuition Process changes for children — in the classroom, on the field, in their creativity and in how they feel — and what the research shows.

I found out my inside voice is really smart.

Intuition shines through the intellect but it comes from beyond the intellect. Intuition can be a gift that you are born with and it also can be developed through the regular practice of meditation. Intuition makes children smarter and their memory and intellect become sharper. This is going to revolutionise the educational system in the world.

Why it matters

It’s a noisy world

Children today are growing up in a fast-changing, unpredictable environment. In such a world, intuition becomes one of the most valuable skills for navigating the future with clarity and confidence.

Future careers will reward creators and innovators — people who can connect dots others don’t see. Success will depend as much on soft skills as on academic ability. Intuition complements knowledge, creativity, emotional intelligence and confidence, helping them work together.

Facts can be googled. Good judgment cannot. Children must learn to ask: what feels right? What is true for me? To filter noise, sense credibility and trust their inner judgment.

The reality of growing up today

In an AI-driven world, intuition sets us apart.

  • Screen addiction and information overload
  • Low attention span and lack of clarity
  • Peer pressure and the need for approval
  • Bullying and social anxiety
  • Communication gaps and self-doubt
  • Uncertainty about the future

Our approach

The two-step intuition pathway

A new-age toolkit that systematically develops the innate intuitive ability in children — helping them move from passive individuals to intuitive, confident, intelligent individuals who are future-ready.

Research

The science of a relaxed mind

The brain functions in different wave patterns — faster waves for focus, slower waves for rest.

  • GammaIntense focus, learning and cognition
  • BetaFocus, alertness and problem-solving
  • AlphaCalmness, relaxation and light meditation
  • ThetaDreaming, creativity and deep relaxation
  • DeltaDeep sleep and advanced meditation

Enhanced brain activity linked to focus and alertness

EEG scans measured beta-wave activity in a student before and after one month of practice. After practising Sudarshan Kriya and meditation, the front-central part of the brain showed increased activity (the red and yellow regions).

Supporting diverse learning needs

The Intuition Process has also been explored with children who have diverse learning needs. Practices that cultivate calm attention can provide supportive tools for neurodivergent children as they engage with learning and daily activities.

ADHD

Finding the pause

When the mind becomes calmer, many children begin to experience a natural pause between impulse and action — helping improve attention and reduce restlessness.

Autism

Easier connection

Greater relaxation often helps children feel more comfortable engaging with others, sometimes leading to improved eye contact and clearer communication.

Special needs

Emotional grounding

Simple calming techniques can help children manage frustration more easily, supporting greater emotional stability in daily interactions.

Visually challenged

Heightened awareness

With stronger attention and inner awareness, children often learn to rely more confidently on their other senses to navigate the world.

Deaf & mute

Focused perception

Calm attention helps strengthen awareness and concentration, supporting clearer communication and emotional confidence.

More than meets the eye

Visually impaired children

  • Improved cognitive abilities in both boys and girls
  • Enhances cognitive skills, memory retention and academic performance

Communication beyond words

of participants improved in at least one ear · about 18 in every 20
60.15%
of participants improved in both ears · about 12 in every 20
  • A 10–15 decibel decrease in hearing thresholds
  • Better concentration, emotional and conduct behaviours, and social connectedness

The Intuition Process provides a promising, non-pharmacological and affordable means to enhance hearing and well-being in at-risk children.

Where the practice has taken them

I never studied for more than two and a half hours a day. The Intuition Process helped me unlock my mind’s full potential and made my preparation far more effective.

Aprameya
CLAT Rank 91

The Intuition Process immensely improved my retention and gave me photographic memory, aiding my MBBS and MD exams. I knew key topics beforehand and earned the MD gold from the President. It boosted confidence, removed stage fear, and cleared confusion in choosing my MD branch and job.

Before my race, I sat in silence, meditated, and visualised myself winning. What amazed me was that the race unfolded exactly as I had envisioned. I won the gold medal by an incredibly narrow margin of just 0.01 seconds.

In their own words

What the children say

“I found out my inside voice is really smart.”“I feel very quiet and happy after my practice.”“Exams have become super easy for me. My grades are good now and my mumma is so happy.”

Post completing my IP, I started finding my studies easier. My interest in studies also enhanced, specially in Maths, which I was very scared of. My teachers started interacting with me often, and I made more friends in school. After a year I received an award for doing exceptionally well in academics.

The Intuition Process helped me boost my confidence levels by a lot! It brings higher focus levels and has introduced me to many hobbies.

— Aditi

Over the past eight years, my consistent practice has significantly enhanced my mental clarity, focus and awareness, allowing me to perform at a higher level in both sports and academics.

Voices

What others have witnessed

I truly felt that this program would reach and benefit all of us. For me, meditation is something that should become as natural a habit as brushing your teeth. It’s simple, but powerful when practised daily. I also see that many parents today are returning to traditional ways of learning — focusing more on mindfulness, discipline, and inner well-being for their children.

What I’ve just witnessed is unbelievable. I’m not someone who easily believes in such things, but today I’m truly shocked and have no words. For the next generation, this could be revolutionary. Maybe the real revolution isn’t AI, it’s the potential within us. I would definitely recommend experiencing this for yourself.

Archana Puran Singh

I’ve read and heard so much about how human potential can lie dormant — but when you witness such incredibly gifted children, your faith in human excellence is completely renewed. This is truly phenomenal.

Children are happier. Work becomes easy.

As a principal my first outlook is that the children should be safe. I am confident students who have done the Intuition program will choose the right path, and not get trapped in wrong things. Academically the results improve both for weak cases and the brilliant ones. Behavioural issues diminish.

All-round development in children.

Somehow this program helps children develop in the specific area they are lacking — participation, sports, academics, restless behaviour or lack of confidence. There is a marked improvement in the children. We have also introduced this program to children diagnosed with autism. The changes noticed are amazing: the children are paying attention, making eye contact, taking responsibility at home.

Peace education is missing in the world. If every child is taught the way to manage his own emotions and his own mind, the world would be a much better place. You may not be able to eliminate violence totally, but you can reduce it to a minimum level.
